Insurance Management DashboardAsecur
A web platform that brings policy management, tasks, and sales tracking together for home insurance agents.

Project Overview
Asecur is a web-based platform designed for home insurance professionals. It streamlines policy management, task workflows, and sales pipeline tracking through real-time performance insights. The goal was to replace a fragmented, multi-tool workflow with a single, structured system agents could rely on daily.

Product Research
To understand real agent workflows, the team conducted structured interviews (about 15 to 20 minutes each) with the client's insurance agents and brokers. These sessions focused on how agents managed daily tasks, tracked renewals, and made decisions during live customer interactions.

User Persona
An independent U.S. insurance agent managing 200 to 800 active policies.
Needs:
- Instant revenue clarity
- Pipeline visibility
- Fast policy lookup
- Structured task management

1. Unified dashboard architecture
- Problem: Agents struggled to manage policies and follow-ups efficiently due to scattered tools and dense, unintuitive interfaces.
- Decision: Redesigned the platform around a single dashboard with an "Actual vs Target" comparison, kept simple so agents can read it at a glance. Filtering (Home / Current Month) gives agents a sense of control without overwhelming them with information.
- Rationale: KPI cards were built with a modular approach, creating a scalable, flexible system that could grow with future metrics.
2. Prioritized policy list
- Problem: Reviewing renewals, tracking pending business, and creating tasks required multiple steps and constant platform switching.
- Decision: Built a dedicated area for agents to quickly identify and prioritize policies that require action. Critical information (client, product, premium amount, status) is shown with clear visual hierarchy for fast scanning.
- Rationale: Status labels are color-coded to reduce decision-making time; a "View All" action keeps card density low while still giving quick access to the full list view.
